There was a sceptical eye on this relationship from the beginning of p n t r, wasn't there? Some of us in the 19 nineties were concerned about what was going to be happening as as china grew in strength. And raised those concerns. So we are tasked with a mandate from congress to focus on these issues of concern that congress had. It's an 11 point mandate ow and really designed to keep an eye on these things and give congress subject matter expertise but also make recommendations for congressional action.
