Privacy Regulation
The idea of a patchwork of regulations across states and countries seems almost untenable, unless you have some sort of solid framework in place. I mean, to try to keep up with, I mean, if every state in the U.S. had its own privacy regulation, it would be a nightmare, right? The approach of the European Union is pretty interesting, because in a way, it simplifies the way a privacy can be managed across a different country. And that's, I think, probably where we see some emerging regulation, but over time, maybe they will kind of aggregate as well.
