After the siege of sarayevo and atrocities there, it was a reasonable supposition that something similar could happen in cosavo. Well, i actually know it wasn't on that scale at that point. Maybe we prevented it. Who knows, it might have become that. So i think that's a very good examplean intervention that worked, and probably a spared cost of ours. Strabenica like a scenarios.
