I wish i could say it was my research, but this was actually part of the research that won the noba prize. That was borne out in a bunch of experiments that you did right where you got men and women to rank each other based on what they wanted. And whichever sex was the one that decided to be proactive, they, on average, all of them ended up with a higher level am rating.
