The Colorblind Diversity of Cinderella

Javier Bardem's children range from East Asian to South Asian, dark skin black woman, white woman, all this sort of stuff right. But it's very much doing what the 90s Cinderella did with Brandy. The problem with this is you see the seams in the entire movie and there's something in my opinion very craving about Hollywood's including Disney's recent turn into diversity. I always like to tell people if you look at the whole of Hollywood's history you will notice in times of economic strife for the studios and the industry they always turn to diversity. Think of the black exploitation boom in the 70s which saved studios completely.
