Optimizing the Care to Make People Live Longer

I have a continuous feeling over last 10 plus years since the Rooks elitin with the first jack inhibitors have been approved, that the perception of their utility is still bound only to making people feel good and nothing else. With the combinations that are in pipeline, we can perhaps optimize the care and make them really much, much longer. We usually talk about CR and PR and that means longer life. Not here, we don't have medications to achieve CR and PR, we're talking clinical improvement and yet people can live longer.
