The Importance of Factory Produced Protein

We already get our protein from factories and it's called animal farms, right? In fact, almost everything we eat comes through a fact, a factory at at least one point in its production. Every single animal that ends up on our plate is slaughtered in the factory - an abattoir. So yes, I am calling for a different form of factory food production. The microbes which don't have nervous systems can be produced with a tiny fraction of the land, the water, the fertilizer, in a contained environment. And in ways which could help us greatly to restore the living planet while at the same time ensure that people are better fed.
