Is the Top Down a Positive Law?
Top down law making, which is a sentral feature of democracy, to be honest. It tends to make things much, much worse. If you violate natural law, you tend to have just misery and all sorts of bad things happen. But if you do the opposite, things, things tend to be much better. I m neither central banks nor sort of, like this top down law making - i think that's where positivism comes from.
