How to Build a Very Useful Model of Reality?

An easy way to tell is from the way somebody speaks, he'll be able to tell if they understand the limitations of how they perceive the world. The language they use can be fairly obvious whether they think that what they see is all there is or what they see isn't all there is. So anybody who writes in a way or speaks in a way that betrays a lack of understanding of that is generally a tell that they're looking at things potentially not in a very useful model of reality.
