How to Be a Change Maker in an Organization
Do you feel like you're still doing a lot of selling to get people on board with user center and design? Are people open to it? You're just kind of explaining what that means. Or are you still having to kind of get them on board with the whole idea we need to be thinking about our users? A bit of both, I'd say. Some people really get it and are really excited by the potential of digital. But there's also stakeholders and people I work with who really don't understand or don't get it.
