The Importance of a Full Writers Room
"I have fought very hard for it not to change. I work my bread and butter is predominantly network TV, which just because of the way that production schedule ones necessitates a full writers room," she said. "It's something I fight for from the very beginning all of my upper levels understand that if they work on one of my shows they're also expected to mentor the younger writers so that we are turning out the next generation."
