I see here an intersection between what you're talking, I suppose, as a management paradigm. And this idea that's emerging to get the best out of people we want to engage their intrinsic motivation and desire for purpose. How does that sound? Absolutely. The only thing I would add to that is one form of major management: You go around, you manage around predetermined targets.
