Building a Rental Portfolio
How do you reconcile the idea that the population demographics if they largely affect the productivity of a country with the idea that building a rental portfolio will be a good investment long term? I think you have to, you still have to take that into account. There's a big difference between building a rental property portfolio in Tucson, Arizona versus in Leningrad, Russia. The idea that this is going to be valuable forever is just simply not true.
