Osteocondroma

The osteocondroma is probably the most frequent one I see. This is a slow growing process of the condyle. It will almost look as if they're having condyl or hyperplasia, but it's not in the growth phase. Theoretically, could it be a controsarcoma? It could be. But typically, this is occurring where you need to resect the area with or without joint reconstruction.
