The Ideal Environment for Collaboration Between HR and Safety

The ideal scenario is a collaboration between HR and safety when it comes to psych health and safety. Both professions bring some unique skills and expertise to the table. To solve relatively complex problems, it takes that sort of not even just a bi-disciplinary approach. We need people who are across psychology, HR, work design things, risk, legalities, the IR frameworks,. business risk, and bringing up a level of A&T ESG. It's going to be very difficult to move agendas forward if we haven't got that.
