The Value Allinment Problem - Is It Difficult?

We have to be able to put on paper n in a programme human values? Difficult? Do you think that is very but it's so important we really have to give it our best. Thereis the technical value linement problem, figuring out just how to make machines understand go, adopt them and retain them. And then thereis te separate part of it, the philosophical part: Whose values anyway? What mechanism should we create then to aggregate and decide? O ka, what's a good compromise?
