i think there was an effort to do things from the russian point of view, decapitate the snake, take over. We don't need to kill too many people. So on the second or third day under the war, as in carkev and the russians did this really strange thing. They drove basically a bunch of light armored vehicles into the city, and never got and killed. I couldn't make any head or tail of why they were doing it. But if you had the assumption that everyone was going to run away and kind of acquiesce, then youd do that. And i think we saw a definite shift after that failed, after the first few days of
