Building Confidence Muscle

I think what also comes to mind for me is trusting yourself because of course everyone isn't kind. There are spaces in every country that looks for an opportunity to take advantage of tourists. I didn't get to travel a lot as a child and I thought my world was so small back then, but it's one of the joys of the living for me these days.
