Is There a Digital Sabbath?
Aaron Carroll first heard of this idea a long time ago from a venture capitalist named Brad Feld. This allowed him to recharge and be more present for the other things in his life, he says. He's going to have Caitlin, his wife, hide my iPhone and hide my computer during "digital Sabbath" It will go from sundown on Friday night to 9 a.m. Sunday morning.
