Put Off Your Old Self Put on the New Self
Ephesians 4 22 through 24 will give you a lifetime of meat to chew on about how you mature as a believer. There's a command we have to put off the old self and disassociate with our old identity, says Paul. We shouldn't say things like I am an addict or I'm lazy or I'm a quitter because those are phrases of identity.
