CERN's Prediction of Time Travel

In his theory on time travel, he expands upon his initial facts regarding CERN's discovery of time travel. He claims that they would learn how to create miniature black holes in 2001. A lot of people were a little concerned that as soon as the large Hadron Collider in France was opened in 2008,. Obviously, that didn't happen, or at least not in this universe but it's interesting that he's predicting some of it.
