I've assumed there's probably 5,000 dermatologists in los angeles. There are a ton um The first five years weren't fun. I was seeing like very few people Nobody cared that I did a laser fellowship. Nobody care that I published all these journal articles. Only in LA does nobody care about your publications or your titles. Brad Pitt was in here getting a wort removed. They're like boom Adam Sandler got a warrant to go into the room. That's fucking crazy. It came when they started telling their clients and then once the famous people start coming and then people accept you.
