The amount of time before some one shows symptoms when they contract the delta variant is higher than with other variants. That suggests that there a longer a symptomatic phase where people could unknowingly be transmitting the coronoviris to others. There will be many, many more studies about delta in the coming weeks, months, most likely years.

Delta has quickly become the dominant COVID variant in many countries across the world, in this episode we ask why.
