The body of a young woman was found in an outdoor stair well at drexer University. She had bruising all over her face, and she had been strangled to death. Police immediately corned off the area because there were no cameras inside or outside randall hall. The police received a lucky break when a young man who was combative and frantic demanded hed be let through because he said he knew the identity of the dead girl.
