I didn't initially think I was going to write this book. The speaker series we'll just call disrupting disruptions because the whole title is super long. Initially it was going to be a short book maybe 50 pages 60 pages. But when I started disrupting disruptions, I needed to find funding for it and in Canada, a lot of our scholarship and scholarly activities are funded by the Canadian Tri Council. It requires that you make connections already before any of these events have happened.
