Do You Know if You're Missing Not at Random From a Faculty Meeting?
When the agenda for a faculty meeting is sent out ahead of time and people read it, those people are missing not at random from the faculty meeting. Statistically, it means that that datum is missing specifically because of the value it would have been had it been present. If you look at the notes that we've exchanged over the last two weeks, you'll see now Greg responds to Patrick with a witty comment that reflects well on him. And chuckles heartily, but not too hard.
