Do you grow any of your own food? Did you do that before? Or did you start to grow gardening and getting into that more control of your food? My husband started a gorgeous garden for us in the backyard. And then anything beyond that, during the colder months I shop at conventional supermarkets. During the summer months, I try to buy a lot of produce from farmers markets.
