The Importance of Resistance Training

I feel like there's a gap for trainers just now when it comes to talking about what you do on social media and on your website. And this is a drum that I'm trying to beat and have been for a while. Resistance training is going to help you almost any goal I can think of. But most people that aren't weight restricted athletes, they're going to want hypertrophy training or if not at least strength training. That creates a far more stable client base in my experience.
