Try to wake up a little bit earlier than you do Usually unless you're waking up at five or six a.m. There's no need to you need your precious sleep because another thing on this list is to fix your sleep schedule um, which means go to bed earlier and wake up earlier,. But honestly now I've been trying to do before 9 a.m., if I fall asleep at three four in the morning  I'm gonna try to wake up before 10 a.m."
