Ferriton and Iron
If a ferriton test reveals your blood ferriton level is lower than normal, it indicates your bodies iron stores are low and you have iron defficiency. As sult you could be anemic. So from the perspective of being anemic, or your iron stores being low, you just can't have the same energy output rite that you could if that was perfect birth. From a hemoglobe an binding perspective, hey, you're not going to be optimately performing if your farreton lovel is low.
