Is Democracy a Sham?

Is democracy a sham like any system? We would expect democracy to evolve in India, but it seems neither government or people seem to be working on it. Why is POK now crying for help after 75 years? Also, there is news of a demand for Sinudevan Pakistan. And with that, I'm going to end today's session.
