The Future of Samsung's Chip Business

Samsung has struggled to keep up with SMC and Foundry. Apple used to produce chips with Samsung, then after a very acrimonious divorce, moved to TSMC. The second issue is that Samsung competes with many potential customers. It's one of the reasons I think why TSMC has done so well relative to firms that are more integrated but also competitive vis-à-vis their customers.
