mikel wahi used anonymous ethereum wallets to take advantage of tips from his brother who was the former coin base product manager letting him buy those cryptocurrencies before coin base announced that they were going to be listed with. Wahi pleaded guilty back in december to account of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and was given two years probation along with the prison sentence he's also subject to deportation in india after he served his sentence prosecutor said as for him to get as much as 16 months in prison.
