The Progress From Feudalism to Capitalism Is Not Inevitable

There are plenty of ways that attention can be kicked down the road, or resolved in part. It could even just last long enough ti that particular attension becomes irrelevant. Could we say that history could be stuck at feudalism? Ei think marks would say, we haven't reached the historical stage yet.
