What's the Legality of This?
A number of women have come forward to say that they were harassed on Twitter by a man named James bell. Bell denies doing anything illegal, engaging in any kind of harassment or emailing anybody's family. He says the only thing he has ever done is e male or call someone too many times after a relationship ended. Many states have revenge foreign laws against people who post intimate photos online which would seem to make this behaviour legal under those laws. But experts tell CNN these laws are very inconsistently applied and may not be effective at all.
