The Rule That Deals With Confidentiality
The real rule we want to focus on is the rule that deals with confidentiality. Information relating to the representation of a client does not constitute a violation of the duty of confidentiality if the lawyer has made reasonable efforts to prevent the access or disclosure. Dennis, what do you think about this? I mean, is that rule kind of reasonable for lawyers to have to to follow?
