The Struggles of a Neurodivergent Child in a Gifted School

I think it's amazing that you can still have faith in an institution that will do absolutely everything in their power, the staff there and the institution itself to accommodate somebody who just needs something a little different, right? Agreed. I think it means we need to rearrange what we think a good school is. And again, she wasn't speaking directly to the gifted school teachers or administrators not paying attention to these issues. It did seem like there was a struggle to get her son categorized in a way that was actually helpful.
