The Seven Bulls of the Wrath of God
The ezekiel ten scene is an introduction to an announcement of judgment, which brings it even closer to the function of the similar vision in revelation 15. The description may be a collective echo of similar old testament descriptions of god's presence in the earthly temple. So that again, the context for all this is the divine council meening that began in revelation four, five. And the slain and risen lamb of chapter five is the revealer and the dispenser of the judgments through the authority of the enthroned father.
