The main thing that robots do is they pick up heavy things and move them from place to place. That's what the vast majority of robots are in the car industry so like 50% of all Robots deployed in Europe are deployed in the journey car industry. The ones like self driving cars that are operating outside of the factory context tend to fail a lot. It's hard to say what the future holds but most people in the field are not basing their predictions on how you are money making one researcher said 40 years away it's always 40 years away.
