Can I Use This Complex System Theory on an Organization?

If you want to change something, then you need to apply disturbance. Complex system is something that is highly, very difficult to predict. The more a system is in a certain state, the more tendency it is to go back to that state. You always have to know how much disturbance do you need to applied? How much is going to need to kick out the such states? So if you apply very little disturbance, it is very likely that the system is going to go back into its patterns.
