FP&A in the Future?
FP&A may break away from traditional finance and move more into that analytics function of an organization. From my perspective, several years ago, I started looking at candidates who had maths degrees and statistics degrees because I wanted to call that inside of finance. But at the end of the day, your FP&A organization sitting alongside the business leader or the say the business student leader, the head of sales is what it should be doing.
