When they refer to the average black IQ, it did cause me to wonder how do they determine who's black? Do they use the one drop rule that you have, one drop, you're black? And then I thought to myself, as you probably know, Angela Davis, her ancestors trace back to the Mayflower. She is a very smart woman. Should we counter as a white IQ or should weCounter as a black IQ?
