What's the Problem With Mortgage Back Securities?

I saw some statistics out there of how much like what percent was uninsured and it is a huge amount. I mean, nobody expects a bank to go under generally speaking. And the problem is that if there were an expectation that it would happen, that's the problem. That's that's exactly what happened here.
