i love what he had to say about passion blooming when you get good at something. pod casting came out of putting in the wraps, putting in the hard work, actually becoming good and then crushing it. i was willing to commit t something, give it a chance. I ma i committed to commercial real i gave it a chance for a year plus. But after that point, im like, wow, not only is this like a really cool business, but i'm now really getting excited and passionate about this thing called pod casting.
