In the past you've talked about intensity and speed. Let's talk about how you see it now. How do we intigrate intensity into an endurance training programme? We want to build this really good, arobic foundation. The whole programme is quite individualized. Ah, there's noa. There's no cook book formula. Ah, that's why they never talk about me in runners royal magazine because i don't fit into that model of here's the programme, here's yet another programme,. ecause there is none. It's different for everybody. And how do you have you broadcast that to a large market? You really don't.
