The Main Function of the Board
I think board has a fiduciary responsibility But I sometimes think as founders that we don't need to figure out what we need from the board. Governance is one part right. We've got big four auditor's etc etc etc Right and like how much ever you and what I keep telling people and people don't like when I say this That if the founder wants to do fraud he will do fraud There's nothing the board can stop to do in that aspect. It's because Whatever the board does how much ever process you put if there is intent to do fraud you will do fraud.
