I Love the All You Got, You Know?

At the end of every workout, it was just like, rit jog up a little bit. No matter what workout we did, long, steady work out, grueling like, you know, three k rap work out,. Didn't matter. You're gong to run a 400 meter. And i start implementing this acouple o years ago with like, my milers and mill distance runners. It doesn't matter how good or bad you feel on the track, you're going to have to produce four mers at all you got. But also, too, just to maintain the explore mind set and create this feeling of, youknow, you have this feeling of anxiety.
