Climate Cops in Africa in the Middle East

Mark Clark says he can't reconcile himself to the World Economic Forum in Davos. A friend of mine described it as, like, Turk Menistan - a bit like one of these dictators who just won't let go of power. But when you read sentences like this morning at Davros, they discussed a crucial year to focus on adaptation. It made him realize those COP guys are not so bad. At least there's a very clear agenda there of what the aim is.
