We wanted to make a podcast about the court and the legal culture that surrounds it. It's no secret that a lot of the Supreme Court bar and the Supreme Court commentariat is very pale and very male. And so we wanted to kind of change the look and the feel of what it means to be a Supreme Court commentator because it's scotus, not brodus, or scrotus.
