How to Work With a FSO as a Founder

Make sure before you put an ink on paper, like you got to get to know that team that you'll actually be working with. Look at that contract as well because we like performance like we want to perform. If we're not performing, living up to what we think we can do, then we want you to be able to fire us and get out of that contract. I see some other ones out there that they promise the world and they don't deliver and yet they're still getting big retainers or things like that.
